Shinnihon Replus is a recycling company that specializes in material plastics and contributes to reducing the burden on the environment by reducing the consumption of resources. We promote the efficient use and recycling of materials from production to distribution, consumption and disposal waste, and contribute to solve the resource issues faced by client companies through the sale of raw materials. Furthermore, we aim to break away from the economic society of mass production, mass consumption, and mass disposal waste, and to build a "recycling society" with lowest environmental impact in the whole business.

Circular Scheme

Our recycling scheme is that recycled products which are no longer needed as the same materials and returns them to equivalent products, to form a closed loop, in order to let materials can be used repeatedly with REPLUS quality standards. We are adapting to sustainability by making efficient use of limited resources and reducing waste. In addition, to expand partnerships with clients who manufacture same products by "re-make and re-use", it is possible to further environmental protection and circular economy. Specifically, we provide prompt and stability logistic "collection business" by our group, "operation of recycling center" for crushing and washing, and the top speedy for "sales business" that satisfy any demand maker. We are building a unique value chain for REPLU. If client have rejected products or pallets, we also perform "consignment processing" that let products return them to the raw materials.

Flexible sales and customer service with high satisfaction.

Our customer service organized from staff who have plastic recycling knowledge. In addition to flexible response to any purchase or sell consultations, we surresponse with more than 2,000 companies which are warehouses, logistics, retail and food maker, following client schedule, and pick up their unrequired pallets with arranging the trucks and adjusting the date and route. We also support the environmental improvement activities of our client companies.

Rapid collection ・ logistics system capable of lots transportation

We collect more than 1,000 tons of unnecessary plastic from clients every month with 15 medium-duty truck and heavy lorry owned by our company and group companies according to adjust the schedule with every clients. We also have introduced a movement management system to respond flexibly. We deliver processed recycled plastic flakes to factories nationwide designated by downstream manufacturers. All our drivers have forklift licenses, and we ensure safe loading and unloading. In addition, we have the mobility to support to orders of a lot transportation.

Processed with high-quality recycled raw materials

We process and produce high-quality recycled plastic chips by operating the latest plastic crusher at three of own factories in Kanto and Chubu, and cleaning to remove impurities. In addition, we have the know-how and technology to response the requires of our clients, like the size and humidity of the perforated plate.

Shipped of recycled raw materials

Standard plastic chips are shipped to plastic molding manufacturers in Japan and overseas as recycled raw materials. In addition, it is used a part of the recycled material to replace the raw material of hard plastic products and is reproduced by molding manufacturers and distributed to the market again.

International cooperation with SHINNIHON REPLUS

As the impact of global resource and fuel prices, the need for recycled plastic raw materials is increasing. Our group has established a local subsidiary in Malaysia with the aim of serving as a hub for ASEAN as a foothold for overseas expansion. We will strengthen marketing activities in the plastic market and expand shipments to local molding manufacturers.
